Get help loading or unloading a vehicle you have arranged, moving furniture within a home, or preparing a room for new furniture. Include assembly or disassembly in your request. The written scope confirms the labor and equipment included; vehicle transport is not included unless separately arranged.
Show us the route
Send photos of the items, doors, stairs and route from the parking area. Note floor levels, elevators, long carries, tight turns and building restrictions. Include approximate dimensions for large pieces and identify fragile or unusually heavy items. Pianos, safes and other specialist moves need separate review before booking.
Agree on the visit
Include your preferred date, arrival window and any truck or elevator reservation. We confirm availability, priorities and the pricing basis before booking. A requested date is not a confirmed appointment. If the duration is uncertain, agree on a start time and a progress check during the visit.
Finish with a clear handoff
Tell us where each item belongs and what must stay clear. Keep documents and valuables with you. At the end of the visit, review completed tasks and remaining work. Repairs or installations discovered during the move can be quoted separately.
